Evergreen Middle School
Open to students and parents. Come learn the fundamentals of yoga and meditation. I'll be offering three 35 minute sessions at this wonderful incentive.

Evergreen Women's Group
This will be a flow accessible for all ladies who meet with the Women's Group - class will be held at the Wild Game. We will learn some basic yoga vocabulary, introduce fundamental poses, and integrate a flow/ sequence by the end of class.
